Purpose:
To set out the Council’s final budget outturn position for 2017/18; approve the reserve transfers and reserve balances for the General Fund and Housing Revenue Account; and to approve the Capital Programme slippage requests.
Decision:
RESOLVED to:
1. Approve the 2017/18 outturn position set out in the report.
2. Approve the reserve transfers and reserve balances set out in the report, in
paragraph 23 for the General Fund and paragraph 26 for the Housing
Revenue Account.
3. Approve the Capital Programme slippage requests as detailed in paragraph
29.
