Purpose:

The Council received an application from Radwinter Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Development Plan Area on 22 October 2018. This request was made under Section 5-7 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as Amended 2015 and 2016).

Decision:

To designate the parish of Radwinter as a Neighbourhood Plan Area.

Reasons for the decision:

The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012(as amended 2015 and 2016) require UDC to exercise their powers under Section 61G of the 1990 Town and Country Planning Act to designate a Neighbourhood Area as a valid application for the whole parish area has been submitted by Radwinter Parish Council.
