The purpose of this report is to determine
whether or not The Gate Inn, a public house in Saffron Walden,
should be listed as an Asset of Community value for a period of
five years.

RESOLVED to list the Gate Inn, Saffron Walden as an Asset of Community Value
Reasons for the decision:
On the basis that there is a time in the recent past when The Gate Inn public house furthered the interests of the community, and it being realistic to think that in the next 5 years the building/land could further the interest of the community, the nomination is considered valid and that the site be listed as an Asset of Community Value.
