Purpose:
The Museum’s Forward Plan (business plan) sets out the Museum’s purpose and key aims, with an outline of how these aims will be achieved and the resources required to implement the plan. This will be an interim Forward Plan for 2019/20 and 2020/21 only, because plans for the Museum’s long-term development 2021-25 are being developed through our National Lottery Heritage Fund project which finishes in December 2020.
Decision:
RESOLVED to approve Saffron Walden Museum’s draft Forward Plan.
Reasons for the decision:
Providing an updated Forward Plan is an essential part of the accreditation process.
