Purpose:
Following a focused re-examination of the
proposed modifications to Policy NQRHA1, as proposed by Uttlesford
District Council and the definition of “cluster” in the
Plan’s Glossary, the Examiner concluded that the Plan will
meet the basic conditions and the other requirements set out in
legislation.

To approve the inclusion of the proposed
modifications to Policy NQRHA1 and definition of cluster in the
Plan’s Glossary in the Referendum Version of the Newport,
