Purpose:

The Council received an application from Hatfield Heath Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area on 01 December 2021.

 

Decision:

RESOLVED to:

 

  1. To designate the Parish of Hatfield Heath as a Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.
  2. The Plan Area as submitted by Hatfield Heath Parish Council should be supported and adopted as the Hatfield Heath Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.

 

Reasons for the decision:

In accordance with The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (Amended 2015 and 2016) the application is for the whole Hatfield Heath Parish area and the Council is required to designate the specified area as a neighbourhood area.
