Purpose:

To consider the designation of the Parish of Little Hallingbury as a Neighbourhood Development Plan Area and that the Plan Area as submitted by Little Hallingbury Parish Council should be supported and adopted as the Little Hallingbury Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.

  1. To designate the Parish of Little Hallingbury as a Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.
  2. The Plan Area as submitted by Little Hallingbury Parish Council should be supported and adopted as the Little Hallingbury Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.

 

Reasons for the decision:

The Council received an application from Little Hallingbury Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area on 15 February 2023.

 

In accordance with The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (Amended 2015 and 2016) the application is for the whole Little Hallingbury Parish area and the Council is required to designate the specified area as a neighbourhood area.
