Due to the Government’s social distancing measures imposed in the wake of Covid-19, the way in which the public can participate in Uttlesford District Council meetings has changed. Meetings of Council, Cabinet and Committees are to be held in the Council Chamber but, in line with Government guidance and the Council's risk assessment, public attendance will continue to be encouraged remotely via the Zoom platform until further notice. In person attendance is subject to room capacity limits, so please register with Democratic Services in advance of the meeting if you wish to physically attend. Working Group meetings will continue to operate remotely. Members of the public are welcome to make statements at Council, Cabinet & Committee meetings and specific details on how to register can be found in the agenda pack for each meeting. Technical guidance on the practicalities of participating via Zoom will be given at the point of confirming your registration slot, but if you have any questions regarding the best way to participate, including arrangements for in-person attendance, please contact Democratic Services at firstname.lastname@example.org who will advise on the options available.
