Members of the public are welcome to make statements at Council, Cabinet & Committee meetings and specific details on how to register can be found in the agenda pack for each meeting.
Furthermore, in light of the Government lifting covid restrictions and in line with the Council`s risk assessment Council, Cabinet and Committee meetings have returned to in-person and are held in the Council Chamber. However, due to social distancing precautions and capacity considerations, those wishing to listen to or watch meetings will continue to be encouraged to access the live broadcast until further notice.
In person attendance is subject to room capacity limits, so please register with Democratic Services in advance of the meeting if you wish to physically attend. For the time being, most Working Group meetings will continue to operate remotely.
Virtual attendance can also be provided using Zoom, in certain circumstances; please contact Democratic Services on the details below for further information. Those wishing to make a statement via Zoom will require an internet connection and a device with a microphone and video camera enabled.
Guidance on the practicalities of participating in-person or via Zoom will be given at the point of confirming your registration slot, but if you have any questions regarding the best way to participate in this meeting please contact Democratic Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
