Delegate the exercise of all functions under The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No 2) Regulations 2020, The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No 3) Regulations 2020 and The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No 4) Regulations 2020 to the Assistant Director Housing, Health and Communities with immediate effect.

10/09/2020 - Award of a contract for development works ref: 428    Recommendations Approved

Uttlesford District Council has advertised and tendered for a competent Building Contractor for the development of 14No. new-build properties and associated works at Thaxted Road, Saffron Walden as set out under planning permission (reference UTT/18/2820/FUL)

The estimated Contract Sum for the works was approximately £3.5m and the project will be awarded under the terms of a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract.
