The Uttlesford Youth Council was formerly recognised by Full Council in October 2017 and has been running since then. A review of progress identified a number of ways in which improvements could be made and a proposal was taken to Full Council. This Report is written in response to the following resolution passed at that meeting on 30 July 2019.
