The Planning Committee has been trialling
changes to its procedure to permit greater public participation. It
regards the trial as a success and would like to make the changes
permanent. This will require changes to the Constitution and will
require a decision by full Council, following a recommendation by
the Governance, Audit and Performance Committee. .
