To approve the Test and Trace Support Payments and Test and Trace Discretionary Payments Policies as set out in the report and the Full Policy documents.
The schemes are funded by Central Government and administered using the council’s discretionary powers.
The Government has set specific qualifying criteria for the Support Payment Scheme and devolved to councils to determine their own local priorities for the Discretionary.
Essex authorities have each determined their own policies and/or local priorities.
The funding available to Uttlesford in respect of these schemes are £27,000 for the Support Scheme and £16,298.99 for the Discretionary
