Reason why notice of the decision cannot be published at least 28 clear days before the key decision is to be made and therefore requires special urgency measures – The Government has amended the criteria of the original grant requesting support is focussed on businesses and organisations without a rateable value during the recovery phase, similar to the Restart Grants offered to businesses and organisations with a rateable value. The amended criteria is applicable from the 1 April 2021.
