Addendum of Focussed Changes to the Local Plan Regulation 19 Pre-Submission Document
Officers are recommending holding a further
representation period on an Addendum to the Regulation 19 Local
Plan. The amendments do not alter the strategy of the Local Plan,
but seek to clarify a small number of matters relating to the
examinations into the North Essex Authorities (NEA) Local Plans;
the requirement to identify strategic priorities and strategic
policies; and the policy relating to the consideration of sites
protected under the Habitats Regulation Assessment.
