Number 3 Holloway Crescent was sold under “right to buy”. Subsequently planning consent has been given to develop part of the plot for two flats. The land on which the flats are to be built is bounded by a Council-owned strip of land over which there is no right of access.
The land owner has approached the Council with regard to the granting of a right of way to enable access to the development site.
