Purpose:

Roalco, the contractor providing responsive repairs and void property works went into Administration on 11 July 2019 leaving the Council without service provision for repairs, including out of hours emergency call outs
Whilst work was already underway to prepare to retender the contract, it is not possible to be without a contractor for any period of time. An interim solution was needed with immediate effect.

Decision:

To award a contract to Porterhouse Fire
