i.              Increase the membership of the Stansted Airport Advisory (STAAP) Panel to 11 members.

ii.             Appoint Councillor Evans to the Stansted Airport Advisory Panel (STAAP).

Reasons for the decision:

STAAP is a working group of Cabinet. Its Terms of Reference and membership are set at the discretion of the Executive.
