To award a contract for the design and construction of 16 dwellings at The Moors, Little Dunmow in line with planning application UTT/18/2600/FUL available to view at www.uttlesford.gov.uk/planning

Decision:

To award a contract to DCH Construction Limited who were the highest scoring bidder in terms of cost and quality following evaluation of tenders and due diligence.

Alternative options considered:

The contract was tendered in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Contracts Procedure Rules with options for pricing on a 58 week programme or another of the contractors choice.

Tenders were received from 10 companies and were evaluated as set out in the invitation to tender/tender documents.
