Purpose:
The Council received an application from Broxted Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area on 07 September 2021.
Decision:
RESOLVED to:
I. To designate the Parish of Broxted as a Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.
II. The Plan Area as submitted by Broxted Parish Council should be supported and adopted as the Broxted and Cherry Green Neighbourhood Development Plan Area.
Reasons for the decision:
In accordance with The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (Amended 2015 and 2016) the application is for the whole Broxted Parish area and the Council is required to designate the specified area as a neighbourhood area.
