To consider the nominations of Felsted Memorial Hall, Felsted; the Adult Community Learning (ACL) venue, Saffron Walden; and the Essex Cares Ltd day centre, Saffron Walden to be listed as Assets of Community Value.
Decision:
RESOLVED to list the Felsted Memorial Hall, and the Adult Community Learning Venue and Essex Cares Ltd Day Centre, Saffron Walden as Assets of Community Value.

Members considered the report. It was agreed the Felsted Memorial Hall, and the Adult Community Learning Venue and Essex Cares Ltd Day Centre, Saffron Walden met the required criteria of an Asset of Community Value.
