RESOLVED: to

·         adopt the recommendations of the Assets of Community Value and Community Right to Bid Review, including the move to delegated decision making, allowing a 4-week window to enable councillors to call-in nominations to be decided by committee.

·         endorse the use of the updated nomination form and guidance.
