There is extensive resident interest in this issue, and a further delay in resolution of an issue which relates to an established noise nuisance whilst waiting for the next scheduled set of council meetings, would have a potentially negative impact on the residents’ wellbeing.

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
The information contained in Appendix C is exempt information under Section 100I of the Local Government Act 1972.
The public are to be excluded for part of the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information), as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
